Fluorogenic click reaction

Abstract

Fluorogenic Cu(I)-catalyzed alkyneazide cycloaddition (CuAAC) reactions have emerged as a powerful tool for bioconjugation, materials science, organic synthesis and drug discovery. This review highlights the design of the recent development of fluorogenic CuAAC reactions as well as their applications.
