3rd Dalton Transactions International Symposium, 14 & 16 November 2011, Osaka University & I2CNER, Kyushu University, Japan


Introduction

The third Dalton Transactions International Symposium on bioinorganic chemistry will be held in Japan in November 2011. The purpose of RSC journal symposia is to bring together scientists in a stimulating and friendly environment that will foster collaborations between the researchers and the universities involved in the meetings. The Dalton Transactions symposium will feature a selection of lectures reflecting the academic and industrial breadth of the field of bioinorganic chemistry.

The symposium is supported by Dalton Transactions, the leading European journal for inorganic, bioinorganic and organometallic chemistry, from RSC Publishing.

Venue and dates

The symposium will take place at two venues: 

  • Monday 14th November at Osaka University, Japan
  • Wednesday 16th November at Kyushu University, Japan 

Who should attend?

The symposium will appeal to academic and industrial scientists with an interest in bioinorganic chemistry. Student participation is also strongly encouraged. Attendance at the symposium is free of charge.
