The meeting will be held at Hof van Wageningen hotel and conference centre, The Netherlands.

Wageningen is centrally situated, in the middle of varied surroundings of the nearby Veluwe and Betuwe nature reserves. Tourist attractions near the conference venue include The Royal Palace, Dutch Historical Open Air Museum and the zoo. Hiking and cycling is also popular in this green part of The Netherlands with bikes available to hire from the hotel reception. 

Travel to the Hotel from Amsterdam Schipol Airport is by train, the final destination is Nijmegen however you need to depart at Ede-Wageningen. There is a direct train between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Behind the train station at Ede-Wageningen there is a bus station, take line 86 to Wageningen and the Hotel is a three minute walk.
