Advances In Clinical and Forensic Analysis 2018

27 November 2018 09:00-17:00, London, United Kingdom

Introduction
After the success of the “Advances in Clinical Analysis” meetings in 2012, 2014 and 2016, the Chromatographic Society and the Separations Science Group of the Analytical Division of the Royal Society of Chemistry are pleased to announce the following one-day meeting: “Advances in Clinical and Forensic Analysis 2018” to be held on Tuesday 27th November 2018, at RSC Burlington House, London, UK.

Clinical and Forensic analysis are some of the most exciting and important areas in Life Sciences and the meeting will provide an insight into the latest methodologies and technological developments for clinical and forensic applications, in particular the application of novel sample preparation techniques and tools, novel techniques and the wider utilisation of mass spectrometry in clinical and forensic analysis. Clinical and Forensic analysis are wide-ranging subject areas and as we move to more complex and difficult analyses the methodologies are being challenged in terms of the specificity, sensitivity and also the suitability for high-throughput and lower-cost analysis.

The meeting will focus on separation and complementary/alternative techniques along with case studies from the hospital, commercial and academic areas. The program has been designed to give attendees an update for both routine and problem solving in clinical and forensic analysis. The meeting will focus on the perspectives within the wider area of clinical and forensic analysis.

This year, the meeting will also celebrate the career and achievements of Prof. Dave Perrett, our Keynote speaker.

Advances in Clinical and Forensic Analysis 2018 provides you with a unique means of sharing real experiences with other professionals and will provide excellent networking opportunities. The program is designed to give attendees a range of highly interesting topics from highly regarded speakers and new emerging professionals. We believe this will be a highly interesting and well-attended event.
