Introduction

Module 4 places emphasis on the legal and commercial aspects of using data from external sources, sharing data amongst parties affected by the REACH regulations, and on the weighty requirements for authorisation. Means by which information can be shared between parties (SIEFS) and issues related to negotiating with suppliers, competitors and regulators are also examined.
