Introduction

Process Safety Management is becoming an increasingly important topic for industry in many sectors and a particular area of relevance is Human Factors/Behaviours. This - the 100th Chemical Elements networking and knowledge sharing event – will look at key aspects of this topic area including; Leadership & Management, the work the Skills Academy has been doing with its partners and a perspective from one of our employers who has started to engage on this agenda.
