Introduction
Aim of the course:
To provide a broad-based, but detailed introduction to colloids and an overview of some theoretical developments and experimental advances. The course will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to talk directly to experts in this field and to stimulate ideas for innovative applications of colloid science. The course will consist of lectures, interactive sessions, a group problem solving session and demonstrations of the latest developments in surface and colloid science instrumentation.
