Yatir Linden and Nitzan Winograd are PhD students with a real love for chocolate.  In 2015 they created the Linden Chocolate Lab.  Come and hear Yatir talk about their journey as chocolate entrepreneurs and discover how chemistry influences the development of chocolate with rich, complex and exotic flavours without the high-sugar content of ordinary chocolate. The event includes blind chocolate tasting.

- When booking it is essential that you let us know if you have any food allergies.
- There are no parking facilities at the venue.  The closest on road parking is Norham Gardens.
