14 May 2020 09:00 - 15 May 2020 17:00, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom

Introduction
On this course you will learn the strategies for method development in detail, followed by system optimisation and configuration for LC and LC-MS. The course looks at method validation protocols and provides an introduction to  advanced HPLC & LC-MS techniques.

The course then looks at clean-up procedures for difficult samples, the parts of the system requiring maintenance and how often; and how to recognise when maintenance is required.

You will learn the logical steps of instrument troubleshooting and then applying this knowledge, along with the basic knowledge acquired in the Practical Essentials of HPLC & LC-MS course (days 1-3 of the Complete HPLC & LC-MS course), in practical exercises troubleshooting chromatograms.
