Cancelled: Setting objectives or achieving outcomes?

11 May 2022 18:00-20:00, London, United Kingdom

Introduction
A training workshop facilitated by Linda Gunnell.
6.00pm for 6.30pm start and finish at 8.00pm

Objectives agreed by a team so often result in something not quite as imagined. The actual outcome from a project or negotiation does not meet the defined need.

Why does this happen? Everybody involved wants to achieve the agreed outcome and has worked hard to develop objectives to meet it, but somehow the objective and outcome do not match.

Why does this matter? The result of a negotiation, a decision, and a project all depend on the definition of the required result.

This workshop will look at methods for both setting objectives and agreeing outcomes. By the end of the session, you will be able work with your team, clients, or customers so that there is mutual understanding of the required outcome.
