Applied Method Development & Optimisation for HPLC & LC-MS

14 March 2022 09:30-17:30, United Kingdom

Introduction
This live instructor-led Virtual Classroom training course examines the method development process in detail; covering the objectives of the analytical method, how many components are to be separated and the required sensitivity, selectivity, specificity and the speed of analysis. This is followed by system optimisation and configuration for HPLC and LC-MS. All of this knowledge is then put to the test in case studies.

The course then looks at method validation protocols, system suitability and outlines the steps required for analytical method accreditation.

This course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

This course is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with case studies to solve to apply the knowledge learned. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A; either by using their microphone or by typing into the chat box.

This is module 9 of The HPLC & LC-MS Clinic course (14th - 16th March).

Duration: 5.5 hours.
Scheduled course price: £302.50 + VAT per delegate.
