Dear Colleague;
You are invited to attend an informal lunch for retired members of the Royal Society of Chemistry. There will be no formal agenda as the event is intended to provide the opportunity to meet locally based fellow members in convivial surroundings
This will take place at the Plough Inn, Normanton-on-Soar on Wednesday 4th October 2023 from 12.30pm.
If you would like to attend, please reply to me by e-mail so that I can establish numbers. The food will be provided courtesy of the East Midlands Section but you will be responsible for your own drinks. Spouses and partners may accompany you if you wish, but additional persons have to be restricted to one per member.
If you are unfamiliar with the venue, it is located off Meadow Lane some 3 miles North of Loughborough on the banks of the River Soar. There is ample parking at the venue and the Nottingham City Transport route 1 from Nottingham to Loughborough passes nearby.
