How to minimise imposter feelings

Have you ever felt that you are not as capable as your colleagues think you are? Or have you felt like a fake who’s about to be exposed? This workshop is designed to help you overcome the feeling that you are not good enough. This session is delivered by Mario Moustras, and it will help you:
  • Understand what causes the Imposter Phenomenon and its effects;
  • Recognise the behaviours of the Imposter Phenomenon that you might see in yourself or your team/group; and
  • Develop strategies to manage your imposter feelings and build confidence.

The workshop will be faciliated by Dr Mario Moustras who is a coach, facilitator and learning & development consultant. He focuses on leadership and talent development and delivers programmes that nurture better leaders and entrepreneurs and make their teams more productive. He works in three spaces: leadership and teams; entrepreneurship; and productivity & wellbeing. 
Before becoming a coach, he worked for the Royal Society of Chemistry. Mario has extensive experience of leading teams in technology policy, in supporting small companies and at the academic – business interface. Mario has a PhD in chemistry, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and is a Chartered Scientist.
He trained as a coach and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) member of the International Coaching Federation. He has worked with leaders and managers across many sectors throughout his career.
