Introduction
Target Audience: People with a general interest in large molecules, or who work within this area but want to expand their knowledge of the field, particularly relating to analytical methodologies.
Course Objectives: The objectives for this course are to provide an overview of the types of "large molecules” and an introduction to the area of large molecule discovery and development focusing on DMPK. The course will focus on commonly used analytical techniques and provide an introduction to the PK/PD and ADME of these types of molecules. The topic of immunogenicity will also be discussed, including the assay types to support these investigations.
