Introduction

This course will follow on from the Glycan Analysis 1 course and will provide more advanced lectures and hands-on practical sessions on glycan analysis by mass spectrometry (UPLC/MS). The course will also comprise interpretation of UPLC-MS glycan data and bioinformatics tools for glycan MS data such as GlycoBase 3.0+, GlycoworkBench and UniCarb DB.
