Newquay Tretherras, which has a very successful Sixth Form, invite you to this inspiring conference that may help you to take your interest into 6th form and beyond! Come along to hear talks from Dr Simon Ussher from Plymouth University about the chemistry of the ocean and Chris Hines MBE (founder of Surfers against Sewage.) Scientists from the University of the West of England will challenge you with a practical problem in Forensics. You will also be able to talk to RSC ChemNet Ambassadors about careers in chemistry. The conference also includes a presentation from a local industry.
