The rearrangement of the N = 10 cluster rotates a square set of spheres to align the square edge with a new pentagon edge. Not counting reflections (e.g. counter clockwise versus clock-wise rotations), there are two ways for this action to occur. Below, the central sphere is colored silver and the outer spheress in one of the square faces are colored blue, while the outer spheres in one of the capped pentagonal faces are colored pink. This movie is generated from a simulations, where the spheres are slightly soft. In the simulation Λ = 0.7892, or less than the hard sphere ΛT=0.8340.
