Science and Engineering Ambassadors

The Science and Engineering Ambassadors (SEA) scheme is organised by the Science, Engineering, Technology and Mathematics Network (STEMNET).

• Open to anyone with a background in science, technology, engineering and mathematics
• Funded by the Department for Trade and Industry and the Engineering and Technology Board.  Supported by the Department for Education and Skills
• Flexible scheme - ambassadors can get involved as much or as little as they wish
• Activities organised through local SETPOINTs; induction sessions provided
• Minimum commitment is that SEAs must be available for one activity a year
