Hutchinson Bursary Awards

Bursaries are available (maximum of £300 per applicant and £800 per conference) at the Trustees' discretion to support postgraduate students registered for a Ph. D. at a UK University to attend conferences or meetings approved by the Nucleic Acids Group. Applications should include 1) a recommendation letter from a supervisor or head of department, 2) a copy of the abstract for an accepted poster or talk at the conference, 3) evidence of the registration/accommodation costs required. Those granted bursaries are asked to provide a short report about their attendance after the meeting.

Applications for bursaries should be made at least 8 weeks in advance of the meeting.
