Cyril Keattch Award

The Award is made biennially to an outstanding early career scientist working in the field of thermal analysis or calorimetry to enable them to present a paper based on their work at an International Conference.

The 2012 Cyril Keattch Award will be associated with the 15th International Confederation for Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry Congress to be held in Osaka, Japan,  August 20th -24th  2012.

This years winner was announced at TAC 2012.  Congratulations to Fuad Hajji of Nottingham University.


Entrants must be under 35 years of age and resident in the UK.

The work must be: 

  1. Original, i.e. not a review. 
  2. The entrant’s own work, i.e. not part of a team or collaboration. 
  3. In the field of thermal methods of analysis.
