EURO FOOD CHEM XVIII conference will bring together experts from academia, research centres, administration and industries to debate on the latest scientific advances in the field of Food Chemistry covering the UPCOMING CHALLENGES IN FOOD SCIENCE collected at the frame programme HORIZON2020.
