From start to finish, we’ll work with you to make arrangements, advise on layout and logistical features, welcome your guests on the day and create an atmosphere that will ensure that your event becomes an occasion that keeps everyone talking.
Technical and conference equipment
All of our rooms include WiFi access, presentation facilities. As part of your hire, we can also provide poster boards, laptops, flip charts, conference phones, note pads and pens.
On request, we can set up teleconferencing, live streaming and recording facilities, as well as Skype and online meeting software.
Both the Library and our Science Room have a built-in PA system, with lectern, roving and lapel microphones – perfect for lectures and conferences. Technical support is available on request at an extra cost.
