Student Member
Studying for an undergraduate degree in the chemical sciences? Membership will help with everything from course work to career planning.
Membership allows you to attend a range of events and access publications such as Chemistry World. It offers career support, funding for placements and networking opportunities. Joining has made me feel like a valued member of the scientific community.

Associate Member (AMRSC)
Associate Member is the first of our professional membership categories. You’re eligible if you are building your professional experience and have degree level knowledge of the chemical sciences.

If you have at least three years of professional experience alongside a degree in the chemical sciences, you’re eligible for our core professional membership category.

You are eligible to become a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry if you’ve been more than five years in a senior position, and your efforts have made an impact in any field of the chemical sciences.
