Innovation in Industry: Supporting growth, connections and collaboration

Our industry event will explore the role the Royal Society of Chemistry can play in supporting innovation in Russia, to SMEs, research groups and multinationals alike. This event will allow representatives from each of these stakeholder groups to share their views and experiences, and encourage discussion on future collaborations. We welcome attendees from large companies, SME's, and academia who are interested in fostering and being involved in innovation in Russia.

Publishing Innovation with the Royal Society of Chemistry
Skylight Hall, Expocentre, Chemistry+ International Exhibition, Moscow

This event will promote and discuss the current innovations in publishing, both from a Royal Society of Chemistry and Russian publishing perspective, as well as also provide some information on the publishing process and how to effectively author a paper. There will also be a round table discussion on the changing publishing landscape in Russia and the UK.
We welcome academics and innovation experts from Russia and the UK to attend and share and discuss the future of publishing and the opportunities for collaboration in this arena.

Cheminformatics: Supporting innovation through open data

This event will showcase developments in cheminformatics and allow representatives in academia and industry to share their expertise from Russia, the UK and all over the world.
This event will further cheminformatics development by facilitating collaboration between experts in cheminformatics from Russia, the UK and all over the world.


October 25 & 26

Innovation in Education in Chemistry: Discover the art in chemistry
Garage Museum of Contemporary Art- outreach activity partner

This weekend event will inspire students, teachers and parents through activities and lectures looking at the shared invention and creative exploration of chemistry and art.
Come along and hear Dr David Peggie from the National Gallery deliver a lecture, as well as participate in some simple spectroscopy activities that demonstrate the science behind the paintings.
