The 17th International Conference on Photochemical Conversion and Storage of Solar Energy is to be hosted for the first time in Sydney, Australia, from the 27th July to 1st August, 2008. The ARC Centre of Excellence for Functional Nanomaterials, ARC Photovoltaics Centre of Excellence and ARC Centre of Excellence for Electromaterials Science will be the proud hosts of this conference.
The IPS17 -2008 committee invites papers and presentations addressing the following areas:
1. Photoinduced electron and energy transfer;
2. Solar hydrogen;
3. Biomimetic systems;
4. Molecular and nanostructured solar cells;
5. Photocatalysis and environmental chemistry;
6. Photosynthesis and hydrogenase;
7. Photoelectrochemistry and new materials.
The technical program will be arranged in plenary sessions, parallel sessions and poster presentations.
