RSC Protein and Peptide Subject Group Early Stage Researcher Meeting

Introduction
There will be 8-9 oral presentations, given by both PhD students and postdoctoral research workers, and a poster session. Prizes of £150 each for the best poster and the best oral presentation will be awarded. The day will close with a plenary lecture given by Professor Ali Tavassoli (University of Southampton) who is the 2017 recipient of the Medimmune Protein and Peptide Science Award.

Submitting abstracts:
Students and postdocs who would like to present their work at this meeting should send a 1-page abstract as a .pdf to Prof Alethea Tabor (a.b.tabor@ucl.ac.uk) by:
Thursday 5th July 2018 (oral presentations)
Friday 13th July 2018  (poster presentations)
 
Travel bursaries:
A limited number of travel bursaries will be available for PhD students. Students wishing to be considered for a travel bursary must submit their abstract (oral or poster) to Prof Tabor, with a covering email, by Thursday 5th July.

Accommodation:
Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available at the University of Southampton on 19th July, at a cost of £38.95 per night.
