Introduction
Lecture about all things cold. Using experiments to show how different temperatures can be achieved and how this applies to ice cream preparation. The lecture will end with preparation of ice cream using liquid nitrogen which the students will have the opportunity to taste. The lecture is aimed at year 8 students.
