RSC Food Group Launch of "Food - The Vital Ingredient "Publication

Introduction
All (RSC members and non members)  are welcome to join the  Food Group Committee for an afternoon book  launch event which will be of value to food chain stakeholders including scientists, policymakers, regulators,  industry members and consumers  ( lunch at 1pm available on confirmation of attendence)

The afternoon session will include
  • Presentation by the winner of the Food Group Junior Medal 2018 
  • Launch of "Food- The Vital Ingredient" book with Editors: Bryan Hanley, KTN and Wendy Russell, Rowett Institute and other expert contributors
