How to facilitate a workshop

Introduction
This interactive course will help you to develop your facilitation skills to run a successful workshop.   We will explore examples of good practice and identify how to be proactive in facilitating workshops for the benefit of attendees.
The skills you develop can be translated into range of other settings since being able to facilitate is an important skill for anyone who is involved in leading, directing and managing groups of people.  So, whether you are leading a research project, focus group or a team event, this training course will provide you with skills that you can employ anywhere.
