Introduction

This is an introductory course aimed at complete beginners, outlining the basics of liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

The course will discuss the different types of chromatography and the definitions of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry, introducing the principles and components of the liquid chromatograph and the mass spectrometer.

You will learn about the industries that use liquid chromatography and the different applications of the technique, along with the different sampling techniques available and the purpose and principles of data analysis.
