Personal growth at work – Develop your career with insights from the 2019 Pay and Reward Survey

3 December 2019 14:15-14:45, United Kingdom

Introduction
2019 Pay & Reward Survey respondents cited Leadership, Communication, networking and influencing as the skills they most needed to develop their careers. This webinar focuses on why it’s important to develop your skills throughout your career, how to help your employer recognise the benefit of your development and how to have a meaningful development and personal growth conversation with your line manager or employer.
We will also talk about how to overcome the biggest barriers to development such as time and the opportunity to gain experience in the workplace through secondments or shadowing as seen in the 2019 Pay and Reward survey.

Led by Laura Woodward Chartered MCIPD, Careers & Professional Development Advisor
and Julie Franklin, Careers & Professional Development Advisor

Please note that the 2019 Pay and Reward report is not yet published but will be available shortly to members. If you participated in the survey then it will be emailed directly to you as soon as it is available.
