Introduction
This course provides an introduction for the migration of methods from HPLC to UHPLC (UPLC).

On this course you will learn about UHPLC methods and why you would need to migrate methods from HPLC to UHPLC.

By reviewing the principles and limitations of HPLC, you will learn the reasons behind method migration and the types of samples that can be analysed using UHPLC.

The course will cover the different instrumentation required for UHPLC and give examples of a number of different industries and their application of method migration.
