Virtual Classroom: Practical Essentials of Sample Preparation, Calibration Standards and Sample Properties for HPLC & LC-MS

7 August 2020, United Kingdom

Introduction
In this module, a whole range of sample preparation techniques for HPLC and LC-MS are covered in detail, including the theory, optimisation and applications. The techniques include filtration; enrichment & dilution; standards prepared in matrix; Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE); Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE); QuECHERS and protein precipitation methods.

This is followed by information on calibration standards (internal and external standards) and the incorporation of quality control samples for quantitation methods.

Delegates will learn about sample preparation, the preparation of calibration standards and sample properties.

This module is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.

This is module 8 of the Virtual Classroom Training: Practical Essentials of HPLC & LC-MS (total 18 hours over 5 days) and the Virtual Classroom Training: Complete HPLC & LC-MS (total 34 hours over 9 days).
