19 November 2020 12:30-13:30, United Kingdom

We are living in a time of great change and uncertainty. Organisations are developing projects as a means to deliver change at pace. These projects will typically involve the use of existing knowledge as well as the creation of new knowledge. However, many of the projects will flounder because they are not clearly understood. This is bad for the reputation of the project manager, the cohesiveness of the project team and the balance sheet of the organisation which has to be underwrite the additional costs of a failing project.

In this webinar, we will explore four project types and consider how they affect project success. By understanding the type of project you are leading, you will be better equipped to deliver a successful project on time, within budget and with the expected output."
