Introduction

The RSC will be hosting two bite-sized lunchtime webinars this month in anticipation of the end of the Transition Period on 31st December, when the UK will leave the Single Market and Customs Union.

Webinar topics

Each webinar will focus on a particular area where Brexit will impact the chemical sciences community, namely Chemicals Regulation and EU Research and Innovation Funding. In each of the 30-minute webinars, RSC policy staff will summarise the latest information surrounding the topic and provide signposting to the relevant Government guidance to help individuals and organisations prepare for 1st January. There will be an opportunity for some questions within the scope of the respective webinar topics, time-permitting.
