- Wednesday 27 January 4-5pm 2 Self regulation - help pupils direct their own learning
- Wednesday 3 February 4-5pm 3 Modelling - use models to support understanding
- Wednesday 10 February 4-5pm 4 Memory - teach students to retain and retrieve knowledge
- Wednesday 24 February 4-5pm 5. Practical work - use practical work purposefully as part of a learning sequence
- Wednesday 3 March 4-5pm 6 Language of Science - develop scientific vocabulary and support pupils to read and write about science
- Wednesday 10 March 4-5pm 7 Feedback - use structured feedback to move on pupils' thinking.
