Introduction
This live, instructor-led virtual classroom training course provides the essential and practical theory about all available HPLC & LC-MS techniques.

The course covers how to select and use the appropriate solvents for your mobile phase; sample introduction using manual injection and autosamplers, sample preparation, calibration standards, sample properties and data analysis.

This is a modular course, delegates can choose to attend individual modules, or combine modules to suit their needs:

Module 1: Practical Essentials of Liquid Chromatography and LC-MS Introduction
Module 2: Practical Essentials of Mobile Phases & Pumps in HPLC & LC-MS
Module 3: Practical Essentials of Sample Introduction in HPLC & LC-MS
Module 4: Practical Essentials of LC Classification, Columns & Theory
Module 5: Practical Essentials of LC Detectors
Module 6: Practical Essentials of Data Analysis for HPLC & LC-MS
Module 7: Practical Essentials of Mass Spectrometers in LC-MS
Module 8: Sample Preparation, Calibration Standards and Sample Properties for HPLC & LC-MS

This course is taught live in a virtual classroom and offers a fully interactive experience, with instrument parts & consumables to see. Delegates are able to ask live questions; either by using their microphone or by typing into the Q&A or chat boxes.

Duration: 18 hours over 5 days.
