RSC Local Section Annual Dinner and 104th AGM – Thursday 4th May 2023

Deadline for meal choices and payment has been extended.
Enclosed are the AGM papers and a copy of the menu which gives a choice of starters and main courses, as well as a selection of desserts and coffee at a subitised cost of £20 per head. We are pleased to be able to offer further subsidies to reduce the cost to £15 for retired members, £5 for student members. Please quote your RSC membership number on correspondence to qualify for this reduction. We believe this provides excellent value for money through these difficult times and a brilliant networking opportunity for members.
If you would like to attend please send a cheque, made out to RSC South Wales West Local Section along with the reply slip below indicating your menu choices. Alternatively, you may make a payment by bank transfer to the same account using sort code 60-04-23 account 94441286 giving ‘AGM23’ and your surname as the reference, and email your menu choices together with your membership number to the address above.
Please reply before Wednesday 3rd May so that we can let the restaurant know the numbers in good time. Information about food allergies / intolerances should be indicated on the attached pro-forma.
