Fraser Armstrong's Pt Jubilee: A meeting of Minds, Mechanisms and Memories.

22 - 23 August 2024, Oxford, United Kingdom

Introduction
Professor Fraser Armstrong (https://www.chem.ox.ac.uk/people/fraser-armstrong) recently turned 70, and to celebrate this a "Platinum Jubilee" event is being planned for 22nd and 23rd August 2024, to honour the scientific contributions Fraser has made to understanding and harnessing the redox mechanisms of life. The meeting title is "A meeting of Minds, Mechanisms and Memories" and we will hear talks from former Armstrong group students and researchers that reflect cutting edge developments in redox enzymology enzyme discovery, as well as structural, spectroscopic and bioelectrochemical method developments and important industrial applications of biofuel enzymes. The attendees will reflect the high quality, international collaborators that Fraser has had the pleasure of working with across his career.
