Introduction
Quex Park is a unique country park formed in the early 19th century by John Powell Powell which includes a house, 15 acres of beautiful, informal gardens and the famous Powell-Cotton Museum – see http://www.quexmuseum.org/Museum.aspx for details
The visit starts promptly at 1400 with a tour of the house and museum following which you are free to wander round the gardens or spend more time in the museum or house until 1700. Refreshments are not included but why not make your visit complete by stopping beforehand at the award-winning Quex Barn for lunch (booking advised – see http://www.quexbarn.com/#intro ) while during your visit to Quex Park, cream teas are available on-site in Mama Feelgood's Boutique Cafe
