Registration for ISACS7 is now full, if you wish to be added to the waiting list, please complete the registration form available to download from this page and email, fax or send to the RSC Events, whose details are on this page.

Please note accommodation is not included and should be booked directly with Edinburgh First at the University of Edinburgh. Accommodation can be booked through the link on this page. Please quote 'ISACS' when booking your accommodation.

Registration Package

Registration includes:

• Attendance at the sessions

• Lunch on Wednesday & Thursday

• For non-member registrants, membership of the RSC until the end of 2012

Student Delegates

In order to encourage undergraduate or postgraduate students to attend the Conference, a reduced conference fee is available. This fee applies to those undertaking a full time course for a recognised degree or a diploma at a university or equivalent institution.

Accommodation

Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Delegates should book their own accommodation directly with Edinburgh First at the University of Edinburgh who have a variety of accommodation for on offer. Please quote 'ISACS' when booking your accommodation.

Bursaries

The deadline for bursary applications has past and due to the volume of applications received, unfortunately we are unable to accept any late applications.

There are a number of RSC bursaries available to student and younger members of the RSC in the early stages of their career (typically within 5 years of completing a first or postgraduate degree) who do not have support available from their employer or a research grant. 

Applicants should be RSC members at the time of application and at the meeting for which the travel bursary is being given.

The bursary is £150 per applicant and funding is supplied by the RSC Travel Grant Scheme.

Terms & Conditions

No reservations for accommodation, meals or social events will be made if payment is not received prior to the start of the conference. All registrations received by the closing date will be acknowledged. If an acknowledgement is not received within 14 days, please contact the RSC Events Office.

Cancellations received before 11 May 2012 will be subject to an administrative charge of 25%. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations (including those for meals or social events) received after 11 May 2012, although a change in attending delegate can be made at any time. Changes to bookings for meals or social events cannot be accepted after 11 May 2012.
