Editorial Board
Zijian Guo is Professor of Chemistry at the State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry of Nanjing University. The research projects in Prof. Guo's group involve the rational design of metal-based anticancer drugs, artificial metallonucleases and biological metal sensors. These include the chemical and biological studies of Pt(II) complexes with novel structural features, polynuclear Pt(II) complexes with robust structures and targeted delivery of clinical Pt(II) drugs using macromolecular and nano carriers; fluorescent sensors for selective recognition of biological Zn(II) ions; DNA cleavage activity and mechanism of polynuclear Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes. It is a great pleasure and honor for me to be associated with Chem. Soc. Rev., a top chemistry journal that advances our ways of acquiring knowledge. The efficiency and attitude of the editorial team is truly impressive.
