Chemistry with Cabbage - primary science workshop

17 November 2016 16:00-17:00, Blackpool, United Kingdom

Introduction
Join us for an hour of fun, safe chemistry experiments using common household products, which you can copy in school or at outreach events. Investigate why sour milk makes the best scones, how you can make plastics with kitchen chemicals, and get crystals from constipation remedies.

“Why didn’t they teach chemistry like this when I was at school?”

This free interactive workshop will be delivered by Lorelly Wilson MBE, University of Manchester. Find out more about Lorelly's work at http://www.lorellywilson.co.uk/
