Introduction

This webinar focuses on how employers can use the pay and reward report. This can include looking at the gender pay gap and benchmarking employee salaries, benefits, workplace experiences etc. We will also consider the known motivators of chemical scientists (being passionate and having a positive impact on society) and how this can be used in recruitment practices to attract the right talent etc.
