Three new Read & Publish deals to support the Norwegian chemistry community
The Royal Society of Chemistry has agreed deals with UNIT, a consortium of academic and research institutions in Norway, the first time we have signed such a deal
The Arctic University of Norway, University of Bergen and University of Oslo are the first institutions in Norway to sign the deal – which enables their researchers to publish gold open access in any of our hybrid journals, at no further cost to the author.
The agreement is for a two year uncapped deal.
A continually growing community
Stephen Rumbelow, Royal Society of Chemistry Director of Sales & Marketing, says: "We're always proud to add international partners through our Read & Publish programme – this agreement means we can continue our support for the Norwegian research community, which goes back many years.
"This is a very welcome addition following the deals we signed earlier this year, in Australia and Israel, as we continue to offer transformative agreements around the world, with an incredible 220 institutions in 21 countries now supported by Royal Society of Chemistry Read & Publish agreements"
