Consultant in polymer research and in particular formulation science having been chairman of the FSTG for 8 years.

I am especially interested in producing raw materials from natural sustainable routes to replace those we use today extracted from oil. In particular I have a great interest in developing such raw materials from seaweed and formulating them into products.

At present I am working as a consultant for a seaweed processing company in Scotland. This involves managing projects that I have set up with various universities.
