This course covers an introduction to the water treatment needed for steam boilers and steam generators. It is a "ground up" basic course in water treatment, designed primarily for maintenance and plant engineers, with no prior knowledge of this subject.

This course would be useful for engineers undertaking their BOAS qualification and for those engineers looking to aid compliance with BG04, BG01 and INDG436.

Prerequisites

Candidates should ideally have a plant engineering or maintenance background.There is no requirement for any previous chemistry knowledge or experience.

Additional information

Lunch and accommodation is not included, as this course is primarily run at clients' premises.
