This course is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained and case studies to work through. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.
This module covers how to plan and organise the method development process, with a number of recommended strategies and looking at the parameters to optimise at each stage. How to validate the method and method optimisation are examined in detail.
Delegates will then implement the knowledge gained through practical method development case studies.
At the end of the course, delegates will have learnt strategies for method development, how to optimise for sensitivity or to reduce carryover, how to break the method down into tasks and have knowledge of the parameters and how to optimise them for each method task.
This is module 9 of the Virtual Classroom Training: The GC & GC-MS Clinic (total 12.75 hours) and the Virtual Classroom Training: Complete GC & GC-MS (total 32 hours).
