If you are presenting in-person:
You will be provided with a poster board on which to display your poster and should bring a printed version of your poster to the event. The board will be portrait orientation and suitable for an A0 size poster. Please ensure your printed poster will fit on this size board.
You will also be asked to upload a version of your poster to our online poster platform (this means your poster will be available to view by virtual delegates and by all registered delegates for 30 days after the Discussion has finished). This version of your poster should be in PDF format, landscape orientation, and 140cm in width by 70cm in height. You will receive an email from our poster platform with a link to upload your poster.
If you are presenting virtually:
You will be asked to upload a copy of your poster to our online poster platform. Your poster should be in PDF format, landscape orientation, and 140cm in width by 70cm in height. You will receive an email from our poster platform with a link to upload your poster.
For all poster presenters:
Our online poster platform also allows you to upload a flash video explaining your poster. We ask all poster presenters to upload a video of up to one minute’s duration to the platform. Posters and videos on the platform will be available to view by all participants during the Discussion and for 30 days after the event has finished. Information on how to upload your video will be in the email you receive before the event. The organising committee may select some poster presenters to show their video in the lightning poster session. If you are chosen to do this you will receive a separate email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
