Application and screening

We know that applying for a role takes time and effort, and we don’t take that lightly. Every application is personally reviewed by a member of our recruitment team and those who meet the essential criteria will be assessed by the hiring manager.
We assess your application against the essential criteria for the role, focusing on your skills and experience. We’d encourage you to read the job description carefully and use your application to show how your skills and experience meet what we’re looking for.
Every hiring decision is made by people, not algorithms. We do not use AI to score or make decisions about candidates.
You’ll hear from us either way — we aim to update all applicants on the outcome of their application.
AI tools can be a great support when putting together your application. To ensure your application reflects you at your best, please take a look at our guidance on the appropriate use of AI tools before you begin.
Right to work and sponsorship
- You must have (or be able to obtain) the right to work in the country of employment.
- We’re able to sponsor visas for select roles, please state clearly if this is something you need at application.
Interview process

Shortlisted candidates are invited to an online panel interview. This is a chance for us to get to know you better — and just as importantly, for you to get to know us.
We want you to feel comfortable and prepared, so here’s what you can expect:
- Interviews are usually conducted online via video call.
- You’ll meet a panel of interviewers, who will introduce themselves at the start.
- Typically be one or two rounds of interview.
- Questions are role related and skills based aligned to our competencies.
- We’ll share the format and timings of the interviews in advance.
We want to see who you really are, we welcome examples from paid or unpaid experience including volunteering, study or personal projects. Come prepared to ask questions, share your experiences, and tell us what excites you about the role and our organisation.
If you need any reasonable adjustments at any stage, for example extra time, breaks, alternative formats or assistive tech, please let us know and we’ll be happy to support. Your request will be handled confidentially.
Decision and offer

After interviews are complete, our hiring panel will review all candidates against the essential criteria for the role. We aim to make decisions within one week of the final interview.
We’ll contact you directly to let you know the outcome. If you’re successful, we’ll walk you through the offer details and next steps — including onboarding and your expected start date.
If you’re not selected on this occasion, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You can request interview feedback by replying to our email.
If you need to contact us about your application or have a query about the recruitment process, please use the form at the bottom of this page.
